This role is at the heart of our school’s operations, serving as a vital link between the Principal’s office and our valued stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Principal and internal/external parties.
- Coordinate communication on behalf of the Principal with staff, parents, students, and external stakeholders.
- Assist in maintaining school records and documentation.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with administrative team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle sensitive information and confidential documents with discretion.
- Maintain accurate and organized files and records.
- Foster positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and external partners.
- Handle admission-related queries from prospective parents and students.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in English.
- Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
